Can you provide dogs Buddy and Piglet or kittens Oscar and Oliver with loving new homes?

RSPCARSPCA

Currently at RSPCA Southridge, Buddy and Piglet are a gorgeous pair of Mastiff crossbreeds looking for their forever home together.

Buddy is seven and Piglet is three.

A spokeswoman for the Packhorse Lane centre near Potters Bar said: “They are both very sweet loving dogs, however Piglet is quite nervous on her own.

“But once she sees Buddy, she comes out of her shell. She just adores him!”

The RSPCA spokeswoman added: “Although Buddy has been around children of all ages we are looking for an adult home for them as Piglet has not been around children and we feel that a calm, quiet home would help her settle better.

“They love their walks and socialise well with other dogs, however they would not like to live with a cat.

“Buddy and Piglet really are fantastic dogs and will make a great addition to the family.”

• Oscar and Oliver are a pair of handsome nine-month-old domestic shorthair kittens.

The RSPCA spokeswoman said: “Unfortunately their owner was no longer able to keep them anymore so they are here looking for a home together.

“When they first arrived they were very timid; however they are growing in confidence steadily and love to play.

“Due to their nervous nature they require an adult only home where they will be the only pet.”

She added: “They would like a nice secure garden to go exploring and to relax in when the weather is nice.
