A POTTERS Bar convenience store was the subject of a robbery last night.

The incident happened at 7.30pm last night (Wednesday) at the Co-Op in High Street.

DS Yvonne Carroll, from the Borehamwood Local Crime Unit, said: “There were a number of shoppers in the Co-op at the time of the incident that may have information that is vital to our investigation but who left before police arrived.

“I am particularly keen to speak to them or anyone else who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around that time or who saw someone running from the scene.”

Anyone with information about the incident should contact police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference J3/12/1137. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, the independent charity, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
