A “WORN out” road in WGC will be shut for three weeks to be resurfaced.
Work on the stretch of Howlands between Cole Green Lane and Beehive Lane will start on Monday, and be carried out in three sections.
A fully-signed diversion will be in place for motorists, including a dedicated route for ambulances accessing the QE2 Hospital.
County councillor Stuart Pile said: “Some degree of disruption and delay is to be expected as a result of these essential maintenance works.”
