Police are hunting down thieves following a burglary in South Mimms


Thieves broke into a South Mimms home and stole numerous items, including a remote control car.

The crooks jumped over the back gate of a property in Earls Lane and forced open a window, before nabbing a gold crucifix earring, gold pear diamond studded earrings, Samsung Galaxy tablet and the remote control car.

They also stole a gold bracelet and a Sony MP3 player.

Police officers are still investigating the burglary, which happened between 9am and 1.30pm on Thursday, May 18.
