UP to six jobs could be created if plans to build a car recycling centre in WGC are given the green light.
The directors of WGC Metals (Non-ferrous), in Bridgefields, have asked Welwyn Hatfield Council for permission to change the use of their existing metal recycling plant.
If their application is successful, the facility would be adapted to allow it to dismantle and de-pollute 'end of life vehicles'.
