A COMPUTER-GENERATED ‘pro-fit’ of a flasher, who exposed himself in Hatfield has been released.
The streak-haired pervert struck on March 28 in an alleyway off Woods Avenue, at around 4.10pm.
The suspect is described as “male, of East Asian appearance, in his late teens or early twenties, with long spiked black hair with a blonde streak in it”.
Pc Emma Summers said: “I’d like to reassure local residents that this kind of crime does not occur regularly and we are using every resource available to us to track down the person responsible.
