THERE was an extra special reason for celebrating at Premiere People, as the recruitment agency officially opened its new offices.
Inside the company's Stonehills headquarters, Welwyn Hatfield MP Grant Shapps and mayor Kim Langley cut the ribbon.
Mr Shapps said: "In these tough economic times, it's great to see a business that's trying to get people into jobs actually expanding.
"This [office] is really airy and bright, and I can see this is a good place to work, and in a very prominent location, right next to Howardsgate.

Speaking at the opening, Cllr Langley thanked the company, who previously helped her daughter find work.

"You gave her confidence, and you worked very hard her at a time when she needed it.
"Giving confidence to a young person is very important, so thank you.
