Police were called after a van crashed into a tree in the Potters Bar area this afternoon.

A police spokeswoman told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “Police were called at 3.04pm today to reports of a collision in Swanland Road close to Warrengate Lane.

“A white transit van was in collision with a tree.

“Nobody was injured.

“Recovery was arranged for the vehicle.”
