POTTERS Bar Town were hit for four away at East Thurrock United in the Ryman League yesterday (Saturday).
The promotion-chasing Rocks stormed into a 3-0 half-time lead with efforts from Sam Higgins, Max Cornhill and Kye Ruel.
After the break Joe O’Brien pulled one back for the Scholars but the Division One North top scorer Higgins added his second making it 4-1.
Town sub Rio Enver did hit the woodwork late on but the damage had already been done.
