Potters Bar teen jailed over drug offences

A Potters Bar teenager has been jailed for two years in connection with drug offences.
A 19-year-old man was sentenced to two years imprisonment for possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply and six months for possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply at St Albans Crown Court on March 18, 2016.
Police carried out a drugs warrant in October 2015 at Alfie Ward’s summerhouse in Ashwood Road, Potters Bar, and discovered Cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, weighing scales and a mobile phone with text messages on it, indicative of drug dealing.
He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years imprisonment for possession with intent to supply cocaine and six months for possession with intent to supply Class B.
He also pleaded guilty to two further offences of possession of cannabis and MDMA for which he received no further sentence.
