A RESTAURATEUR from Potters Bar is among the housemate hopefuls for reality TV show Big Brother and will appear on tonight’s (Wednesday) launch show.
Amanda, who is half-Brazilian and half-Portuguese, is one of around 80 potential housemates all vying for a place in the 11th and final series aired on Channel 4.
The 23-year-old, who has a degree in business management and helps run family restaurants in London and Portugal, will find out from Davina McCall live on television sometime between 9pm and 10.35pm whether she has been successful.
Producers have revealed that Big Brother 11 will be the longest ever, spanning 13 weeks, with daily coverage on Channel 4, sister channel E4 and a live stream online.
