A TROUBLED nightspot in Potters Bar has been allowed to keep its licence to sell alcohol.
Following a number of incidents of trouble outside Luthers, in High Street, police asked Hertsmere Borough Council to review the bar's licence.
At a meeting of the council's licensing sub-committee, councillors decided against revoking or suspending the bar's licence, instead asking manager Tony Singh to provide extra doorstaff.
