PLANS to build more than 20 flats above a shop and gymnasium in Potters Bar look set to be thrown out by councillors.
The proposals, submitted by JDW Architects of Abergavenny, would see 23 self-contained flats constructed above the Dreams bed store and Parkwood Health and Fitness Club in Darkes Lane.

Potters Bar and Shenley planning committee will meet at 7.30pm, at the Wyllyotts Centre, off Darkes Lane.
