Potters Bar firefighters have been tackling flooding


Potters Bar firefighters have been on hand to sort out flooding this morning.

They were called to an address where the long driveway was flooded as well as the area surrounding the property.

The Met Office is warning of “heavy rain at times” today, but this is forecast to become lighter as the day goes on.

The East of England should also brace itself for possible gales. Today is likely to have a maximum temperature of 6°C.

Tonight it should be dry with a minimum temperature of 1°C.

Tomorrow is forecast to be cloudy and dry with a maximum temperature of 8°C.
