Budding young witches and wizards took part in spooky Halloween workshops at the Galleria in Hatfield.

During October half term, children have been taking part in ‘wicked workshops’ to train to be a witch’s apprentice, learning how to make potions and create their own Halloween dream catcher.

There is also a ‘frightful fancy dress’ area for children to pick out costumes and props and then show off their scariest poses for a picture in a ‘spooky selfie’ Halloween frame, with prizes on offer for the most fang-tastic fancy dress.

Children can also get a ghoulish makeover from a costumed facepainter.

The spooky activities continue until Sunday, October 30.
