A POSTAL worker escaped with minor injuries after his van flipped following a collision with a taxi.
The accident happened near the roundabout connecting Peartree Lane and Bridge Road East and involved a Royal Mail van and Vauxhall Zafira taxi, the driver of which was also unhurt.
Peartree Lane was closed for more than an hour while police cleared the crash on Friday, at 12.55pm.
