Popular Potters Bar dog show returns
A Potters Bar annual dog show is returning in October with all profits being donated to help save the lives of furry friends.
The Charity Dog Show is taking place on Sunday, October 1, from noon until 5pm at the cricket club in The Walk.
There will be a bottle tombola, a raffle, rescue stalls, vegan food, refreshments and burgers.
The dog show starts at 1.30pm and costs £2 per class to enter.
The categories include handsome dog, best condition, best rescue, bonniest bitch, best trick, veteran class, best puppy, appealing eyes, judge’s choice, waggiest tail, best crossbreed and child handler.
Last year the event, which was organised by rescue fundraiser Lisa White and her team of animal loving friends, raised £4,221 to help animals in need.
The money raised will be spilt between a number of charities which aim to help or save the lives of animals.
