POLLING stations have just opened throughout Times Territory for voters to have their say in the Hertfordshire County Council and European elections.
Doors opened at 7am and will remain so until 10pm tonight.
Some residents in Hatfield will also be asked to select their candidates in the by-elections for Welwyn Hatfield Council and Hatfield Town Council.
