Police seek man for Welwyn Garden City theft

THIS is the man police want to speak to in relation to a theft in Welwyn Garden City.

It took place on Thursday, July 18 at the One Stop in Peartree Lane.

Two men entered the shop separately and walked to the rear of the store.

The first man was seen to hold the rear door open whilst the second grabbed goods and made his way out of the shop.

A member of staff tried to stop him but he was shoved out of the way.

Both men made off in the direction of Mill Green Road and Knella Road.

Officers would like to speak with the man pictured in relation to the theft.

It may be that he was witnesses to the alleged crime or can offer assistance in the investigation
