A THOUGHT-provoking campaign aimed at preventing rape during the festive season is being launched today.
The initiative, a partnership between Herts Police and the county council, will see hard-hitting posters put up in washrooms in pubs and clubs across Hertfordshire.
The posters will warn revellers of the link between drinking too much alcohol and rape.
The campaign, which runs throughout December, will also see radio commercials being broadcast on Heart FM and Mercury FM all this week.
