Dog left in car in Hatfield

Police were called to Asda car park in Hatfield today after someone left a dog in a car.

A police spokesman told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “Police were called to the Asda store in Hatfield at 10.34am today (Friday, July 27) to reports that a dog had been left in a car by itself.

“Officers attended and located the animal’s owner, giving them suitable words of advice.

“The dog, described as a Pomeranian, was checked and found to be okay.”
