Police helicopter hunts for man in Welwyn

A HUNT for man, who attempted to burgle a house, is currently ongoing in a Times Territory village.

The police helicopter is currently searching for a man who tried to break in at a home in Halls Close, Welwyn.

A police spokeswoman said the search started after they were called at 10.55 this morning (Monday).

“It is not clear what the outcome is yet,” she added.
