Police confirm man has died at Panshanger flats

A man has sadly died at a block of flats in Panshanger, police have confirmed.
Officers were called to Ley Walk at 1.39am this morning by the ambulance service to reports of a man in his 30s with a serious injury.
He was pronounced dead at the scene which remains guarded.
Detective inspector Pushpa Guild from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire major crime unit said: “We are at the very early stages of this investigation and are continuing to work to establish the exact circumstances surrounding this man’s death.
“Anyone with information that could assist our enquiries is asked to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 53 of June 16 or report information online.
“Alternatively, you can contact the independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or through their anonymous online form. No personal details are taken, information cannot be traced or recorded and you will never need to go to court.”
