POLICE rushed to the car park of a WGC pub on Friday evening after receiving reports of a mass brawl.
Officers headed to the car park of the Beehive pub, in Beehive Lane, after getting a call from a worried resident.
The informant also told police that the trouble began after four men turned up uninvited at an 18th birthday party being held inside the boozer.
A police spokeswoman confirmed: "We had reports of a large group of males fighting at 10.35pm."
However, she added that the fight had "calmed down" by the time officers arrived.
Nobody was arrested.
