Police are appealing for help tracing missing Welwyn Garden City man Jamie Hannon.

The 22-year-old has been missing from Welwyn Garden City since Sunday, March 26, before his family told police on October 29.

Officers have subsequently been working to trace him and have today requested assistance from the public.

Jamie is described as being white, of slim build with short brown hair. It is believed he has previously stayed in the Inverness area of Scotland and also has links to Harrow in London.

In a heartfelt message for Jamie, his sister Sarah Smith said: “Your family are here for you so can you can please get in contact. If you see this your family just want to know you are safe.

“If you don’t want to come home please just send a signal or something letting us know you are safe.”

A police spokeswoman asked anyone who has seen Jamie or who knows of his whereabouts to contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101.
