Police are appealing for information following damaged vehicles in Hatfield


Police are appealing for witnesses and information after two vehicles were damaged in Hatfield.

The first offence occurred near the junction of Minster Close and Bishop’s Rise between 11pm on April 12 and 6am on April 13, where the rear window of a white VW Polo was smashed and damage was caused to the driver’s door (crime reference B2/16/1482).

The second offence occurred in The Downs, Hatfield between 7pm on April 11 and 8.30am on April 12 when both door mirrors were pulled from a red Ford KA (crime reference B2/16/1478).

Police are not certain whether the two offences are linked.

Anyone who witnessed either incident or who has any information which could assist the investigations is asked to contact the Herts Police non-emergency number 101 quoting the crime reference numbers above.
