Police officers are appealing for information after a mysterious vehicle break-in in Welwyn Garden City.

A spokeswoman said: “Officers have received a report of an incident of vehicle interference in Handside Lane.

“Between 7.10pm on Wednesday, January 4, and 7.40am the following morning, offender(s) opened the front electric windows on both the driver’s and passenger side by means unknown.

“Nothing had been taken and there was no damage to the vehicle.”
