Police are appealing after a series of incidents in Welham Green


Police are appealing for witnesses after damage was caused and number plates were stolen in Welham Green.

Vandals damaged the security light at the front of a house in Somers Road, Welham Green, sometime between February 23 to 25.

At around 1.20am on Saturday, February 27, damage was caused to a blue Renault van, also in Somers Road.

In Marshmoor Crescent, Welham Green, the front and rear number plates of a silver Ford were stolen between 12.20pm on Friday, February 26 and 12.15pm on Saturday, February 27.

A police spokesman said: “Police are continuing to investigate and anyone with any information in relation to the crimes is asked to contact Herts Police via 101.”
