Hatfield town centre was full of werewolves, witches, clowns and other little monsters for a Halloween dress-up competition and other creepy activities.
Youngsters and their family’s gathered in White Lion Square on Saturday, October 27, for Halloween Fest.
The free event, organised by Welwyn Hatfield Council, included fun games, face painting, real life bats and children’s art activities.
There was also a fancy dress competition where youngsters Molly, Jack and Billy-Alec were crowned the winners.
Councillor Bernard Sarson, executive member for partnerships, said: “Halloween Fest once again proved to be a spooktacular event in Hatfield town centre.
“A big well done to the three worthy winners of the best dressed competition – I hope Molly, Jack and Billy-Alec each enjoy their prize.
“I’d also like to say a big thank you to all of our stallholders for helping to put on such a fantastic event.”
