This week's winner of Pet of the Week is a Hatfield pooch who is the fairest of them all.

Meet Vixen, a fox face Pomeranian, who for a little dog has a very big attitude.

The one-year-old lives with her owners Steve and Dawn Montgomery, an older dog and a cat that she gets along well with.

Vixen was toilet trained in just two days, and now expects a treat every time she comes in after doing her business.

The pooch also stands on her hind legs and waves her little paws when she wants something.

But the naughtiest thing she has ever done is chew through Steve’s laptop charger.

Steve said: “I bought her as a Christmas present for my wife last year and our lives have not been the same since.

“She tries to chase the cat but the cat is too old and can’t be bothered to play with her.

“Vixen loves her toys but her favourite is a teddy bear tied with a dressing gown belt.

“The dressing gown was the first thing she cuddled into when we first got her and she absolutely loves the belt.

“She is very affectionate to Dawn. I think she just tolerates me. She is definitely a mummy’s girl.”

Her favourite TV show is For the Love of Dogs, and she enjoys barking away as she watches the pooches run around the screen.
