A CCTV image has been released following the mugging of pensioner.
Police would like to speak to the man pictured after the 70-year-old woman was robbed of more than �100 in WGC.
At around noon on Monday, March 1, the victim was walking along Marsden Green when a man threw her on the floor and grabbed her carrier bag, containing her purse and cash.
The woman from WGC suffered injuries to her wrists.
Pc Dan Harman said: “This was an extremely unpleasant experience for the victim and we are keen to identify the offender as quickly as possible.
“We want to speak to the man in the CCTV.
“It may be that he has information that could help with our enquiries.
“Anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen the incident or the man described please call us.”
