The organisers of Welwyn Hatfield's Race for Life, that is taking place this weekend, are warning participants that there have been quite a few changes to parking this year.
For years Welwyn Hatfield Race for Life participants have used the Hertfordshire Police HQ car park for the run but will not be able to this year.
A spokeswoman for Welwyn Hatfield Race for Life said: “Due to a review of security procedures, participants will be unable to use the Hertfordshire Police HQ car park for Welwyn and Hatfield Race for Life on Sunday, June 4.
“The car park will be closed.
“Parking is available at Stanborough Park but please be aware that these are pay and display car parks with cameras in operation.
“A reduced parking fee of £1.50 is available for Race for Life participants – please follow instructions at the machines to obtain this reduced fee.
“Cars will be unable to leave the north car park from 11am until 12pm, due to the road closure which is in place for the event.
“If you will need to leave before 12pm, please let the stewards know, so they can direct you to alternative parking.
“To minimise traffic disruption, please car share where possible.”
