BAD parkers will be fined by Welwyn Hatfield Council if they park too far from the kerb or block driveways.
Traffic wardens have already begun slapping �70 fines on car windows, after the Government increased their parking powers.
Drivers who have parked in front of residents' driveways, dropped kerbs at pedestrian crossing points or who have left their vehicle more than 50cms (19.7in) from the pavement can all be punished.
