Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Hatfield

Police are appealing for information after roughly £5,000 worth of fungicides and growth regulators were stolen from a farm in Hatfield.

The burglary occurred between 7pm on April 8 and 8.30am on April 10 at a farm in south Hatfield, the owners of which did not want to be identified.

Also stolen was a Muller ECO terminal worth around £1,000. The items were taken from a locked container and at this stage it is unclear how offender(s) gained access to it.

Police investigations are ongoing and they encouraged anyone with information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference B2/16/1440.
