WORTHWHILE community projects in Times Territory will be able to bid for a share of �110,000 cash following this year's council elections.
Leading county councillors last week agreed to introduce 'locality budgets' from this summer, allowing each member to spend �10,000 on local projects.
Welwyn Hatfield currently has seven county councillors and so can expect to be allocated �70,000.
Potters Bar has two elected members and so will net �20,000.
