Between Saturday April 11 and Monday April 13, Hatfield House is holding an "Orchid Celebration", exhibiting the many different variations of the plant.
Award-winning Hertfordshire garden centre Van Hage will be creating orchid displays throughout the 17th - century mansion, all of which are available for purchase.
The Lee Valley Orchid Society and Orchid Society of Great Britain will be bringing prize-winning plants to the event, and will be on hand to answer questions about orchid cultivation.

Admission is �10.50 for adults, �9.50 for seniors, and �5 for children. Ticket prices include admission to the house, park and west garden.
