OAP’s house hit by slab shock

A CONCRETE slab was thrown at the house of a pensioner. An 84-year-old woman was awoken by a loud bang downstairs between 10.30pm and 10.45pm on Saturday. The next morning she saw that a paving block had been launched at her window, but failed to smash it

A CONCRETE slab was thrown at the house of a pensioner.

An 84-year-old woman was awoken by a loud bang downstairs between 10.30pm and 10.45pm on Saturday.

The next morning she saw that a paving block had been launched at her window, but failed to smash it.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened on Knella Road, WGC.
