IN a game designed to make environmentalists cry, the latest Motorstorm off-road racer swaps the mud and rock of Monument Valley and the jungles of Pacific Rift for the permafrost of Alaska. Coming to the PSP and PS2 in the autumn, Motorstorm: Arctic Edge will feature the same mix of vehicles and multi-track racing as before, coupled with sub-zero driving conditions, avalanches and snow storms. New off-road vehicles will include snowmobiles and snow cats with plenty of slipping and slidding around the icy tracks. The new game will also allow up to eight players to compete against each other via the PSP's ad hoc mode.
