A TANTALISING glimpse of a new Hatfield has been unveiled, after planning chiefs launched a revised scheme to finally bring regeneration to the town centre.
Welwyn Hatfield Council and its two project partners, developers St Modwen and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) yesterday (Tuesday) revealed new plans to finally get the beleaguered regeneration project off the ground.
And the proposals were met with widespread approval, with politicians from all three main parties praising the scaled-down project, which initial estimations price at around �45m.
