EIGHT new student paramedics will be taking to the roads of Hertfordshire over the next 12 months.
Having completed a gruelling 13-week training course, they will now be joining experienced members of staff over the coming year.
Speaking about the octet, course director Robert Grogan said: "I am sure the new student paramedics will provide an excellent level of care for the people they will be called upon to help.
