The restaurant chain has recruited 23 staff, including six pizzaiolas – pizza chefs – and 12 waiters and waitresses.

It is thought the restaurant will go through an estimated 3,600 kilos of dough in the first month.

Neil Palmer, manager of the Hatfield branch, said, “We’ve got a beautiful new restaurant which we’re all very proud of and can’t wait to show it off to our customers.”
