PLANS to build 164 homes in Hatfield were given the green light by councillors last night (Thursday).
After deliberating for around an hour, Welwyn Hatfield Council’s planning control committee gave the thumbs up to the joint proposal from Taylor Wimpey and Bovis Homes Ltd.
The plans will see a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes constructed on the site of the former Hatfield aerodrome in Mosquito Way.
