IT’S the first day in the job for the new chief constable of Hertfordshire Constabulary today (Monday).
Andy Bliss takes over the reins from the retiring Frank Whiteley, who had held the post for the past six and a half years.
Mr Bliss joins the force from Essex Police, where he was deputy chief constable.
