Archant

After listening to customer feedback and complaints, The Galleria, in Hatfield, has updated the payment machines in its car parks.

The new machines at The Galleria, in Hatfield, do not require any tickets.

Drivers simply need to remember their registration number and pay either at the mall-based, payment machines (accepting coins, cash or card), online at www.veripark.co.uk up to 24 hours after leaving, or by signing up at www.veripark.co.uk for a Flexi-park account enabling you to drive in, drive out and automatically debit your account.

Three hours free parking will continue for disabled patrons, by bringing their blue badge to the customer service desk on the upper level each time they visit.

All drive thru customers will have a maximum of 25 minutes before standard parking charges apply, and if you just need to quickly nip in and out, you will be able to park in the multi-storey car park for up to 15 minutes free every day.
