A FATHER and son arrested over the murder of a man found with his head and hands hacked off are being transferred back to the UK.

A 49-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, both from North London, will be relocated from prison in Marbella, Spain, where they were held on suspicion of murdering Northaw father-of-four John Finney.

The men were arrested on May 1.

A police spokesman said: "The process of transferring them over to the UK is currently under way. Two men who were arrested in connection to the abduction and murder of John Finney, remain in police custody in Spain."

Last week, the WHT told how Mark Curran, 28, from Mill Bridge, Barnet, was charged with the murder of Mr Finney, whose body was found on March 14.
