A MAN accused of murdering a father-of-four found decapitated and slumped against garages, has appeared in crown court.

Mark Curran, 28, is one of three men arrested on suspicion of murdering Northaw traveller John Finney in March.

Curran, of Mill Bridge, Dollis Valley Way, Barnet, appeared at Luton Crown Court yesterday (Monday).

The 28-year-old was remanded in custody and will next appear on July 21 at St Albans Crown Court.

A father and son also arrested under suspicion of the murder are in the process of being transported back to the UK from Marbella, Spain.

Mr Finney, 42, was found with his head and hands hacked off in Ickleford, near Hitchin, after being snatched from his car.
