Motorcyclist taken to hospital after two-car collision

A man in his 20s was taken to hospital this morning (Monday) following a collision with a car near Lemsford.
Police, ambulance and the air ambulance were called to Marford Road at around 7.55am following an accident involving a silver Peugeot 308 and a red and black Aprilia motorbike.
A man, who was riding a motorbike, was taken to hospital by land with possible leg injuries.
Police closed the road while they dealt with the accident, and reopened it at 10am.
