Most expensive streets in Times Territory
THERE’S no place like home – especially for residents who are lucky enough to live in one of two streets in Times Territory.
Northaw Place in Northaw and The Ridgeway in Cuffley are officially the most expensive in the east of England.
Mouseprice.com revealed its 2010 street rankings today (Monday) which show the locations as being an impressive number one and four in the top ten pricey streets to live.
Despite the credit crunch average house prices in Northaw Place stand at an incredible �2,020,600.
Spurs striker Jermain Defoe and Tesco boss Sir Terry Leahy live in The Ridgeway where average house prices are a hefty �1,816,400.
