YET more “teething problems” have hit bin collections in Welwyn Hatfield.
Yesterday (Wednesday) a whopping 78 roads suffered bin service disruptions.
Garden waste brown bins were left behind in the roads, as problems with the new system persisted.
Welwyn Hatfield Council has blamed the ongoing problems on “teething problems” in the operation of its new bin regime.
