Missing teenage Welwyn Garden City girl found safe

A missing teenage girl from Welwyn Garden City has been found safe.

A statement posted on Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Facebook page read: “Police can confirm that a missing 14-year-old girl from Welwyn Garden City has been found safe and well this afternoon (Sunday, May 10).

“Officers would like to thank members of the public and the media for their help during this missing person enquiry and request that the teenager’s privacy is respected at this time.”
